These are isolated construction projects throughout an undeveloped area such as, retaining walls, concrete ramps, concrete footings, masonry walls, monument sign footings, concrete shaft, tunnels and pits, elevators: concrete or steel structure, parking structure and concrete bridges.

Retaining wall along existing structure, underpinning footings and shoring where completed to create a set back between the existing building and a new concrete parking structure to create a new path of travel to the mall entrance.

 In compliance with ADA requirements, an outdoor parking facility was built for handicap van access. The accessible route of travel was provided by a steel structure ramp and landings with a concrete topping.
