The concrete contracts includes concrete foundation, pour in place walls, slab on grade, retaining walls, soldier piles, friction piles, shot-crete retaining wall, structural deck, parking development for Restaurant, Medical building, Corporate Office, Athletic Facility, Hotel, Apartment building and commercial property.

1	Completed in 1987, this extensive site work consisted of Radius pour in place, concrete walls and ADA ramps, pathway, and an outdoor concrete fountain monument embellishing the main concrete radius stairs to the main entry of the Gibraltar Savings corporate office. Project cost: $ 470,000.00
2	In 1990, we completed a series of Acapulco restaurants. Our contract consisted of providing the concrete foundation and slab on grade, and the complete parking site work with a total individual project cost of $ 165,000.00
3	In 2008, Equinox Gym opened a brand new facility in Woodland Hills, CA. The soil bearing value was unacceptable for the underpinning of the existing building The choice was made to proceed with injected pressure grout to consolidate the soil  and to pour in place a series of Micro piles capped with concrete piles caps to support the new steel structure, completed with a new concrete basement and a structural slab on grade, the total project cost: $ 1,100,000.00
4	In 1995, the Bel Air Hotel completely rebuilt all its outdoor patios and walkways throughout the entire hotel complex. Total project cost: $ 420,000.00
5	This completed Medical Dental building was constructed at the bottom of a hillside, prior to general grading and excavation, we provided a complete barrier of friction piles to retain the upper hills as well as a structural shotcrete installation between piles, a complete parking site and building were erected along Ventura Blvd. Project cost: $ 350,000.00
Top Right (6)	In 2009, we completed this building structure with 36" thick concrete walls and roof, to be used a a MRI radiology center. Project cost: $ 420,000.00
