Parking Renovation

As well as exterior and interior, that scope of work includes rough grading and excavation, underground drainage and utilities, sub-grade base, asphalt or concrete paving, electrical light post, monument sign base, concrete curb gutters and swale, slurry finish if needed for renovation, general striping and signage.

The Mall development redesigned the complete parking area to improve traffic to the mall.  We removed approx.100, 000  sq.ft. and re-created a new parking system.

The project required individual drop-off area.  To facilitate  a quick access to the  mall.

Access to general parking area was too congested.  We created an additional traffic lane for access to the freeway including relocation of fire hydrant , storm drain, catch basin, traffic lights, all work coordinated with D.W.P., Building and Safety, Cal Trans, Public Works.
