Some interior renovation projects are more complicated, this project, in particular. It took place in the storage room of Pottery Barn in Sherman Oaks, CA to provide a new escalator and elevator overhead to 2nd and 3rd floor new tenant Forever 21. Inside the mall crossing bridges were built allowing an additional area for new businesses. Beams and girders were hung from the existing structure often penetrating within the overhead spaces of existing stores the difficulty of welding with fire protection control added to the challenge. |
