Facade improvement
Inviting general traffic through an attractive entrance or facilitate access to the mall and merchant stores, define the need of improving an existing blind façade.
The challenge, other than architectural and practical design reside in remodeling a façade without affecting the existing traffic to the mall while moving forward with a fast construction track schedule.
Demolition and removal of the existing element of the façade, integrating the new structural element to support the revised structure, installing new windows and doors, to the design, for access to the common area or the tenant, and constructing new balconies or transoms with a eye for detail and quality control are projects where our experience makes a difference.
