This scope of work includes excavation, grading, and compaction for the building pad and all utilities underground for development.

Within the parking area new building pads needed to be prepared to receive a new restaurant or retail store. The Pad preparation included electrical underground feed, gas line, main sprinkler lines, data and phone conduit, all stubbed 10ft. from final Building layout. Project cost $180,000 |

During the redevelopment of the Century City mall, the bus stop at Constellation Blvd. needed to be relocated 50 feet westward including all utilities and Bus shelter. Project cost $85,000 |

Expansion of Topanga Mall required more electrical services. DWP electrical transformer building was installed at the North End. This included grading, concrete footings, masonry wall, concrete vault and #3 gravel finish. Project cost $210,000 |

Patio paving, design elements and planters along main entry to create attractive mall entrance. Project cost $105,000 |

The City of Santa Anita required the Mall to add a bus line stop for new services. We provided all construction support to install this Patio paving, design elements and planters. Project cost $115,000 |
